Focused gaze- Targets random player. That player needs to get out as far as possible in 6 seconds. Once he hits said player, he explodes for raid AOE, however, Raid AOE damage is reduced by the number of players hit by the charge. However, he does apply a debuff for each time a person is hit by a charge (2 groups)
Roaring Cacophany- 20 yard AOE damage that will be split between all players within 20 yards (we will stack melee for the fight)
Purple puddle- will cause AOE fear if within 20 yards. Kiting tank away no problem.

1.) Focused Gaze: 6 second cast timer, will charge at a player with Trampling Slam Farther away you are, the less damage you will take
Once Ursoc reaches the targeted player, he does a Raid Wide damage based off of how many people he went through to get to the targetted player
people hit gain Momentum Debuff
do not take 2 stacks of this debuff
This is cast every 40 seconds (when Ursoc reaches full energy) Keep an eye on his energy timer to indicate when appropriate group should be moving in to positions.
Raid will be divided in to two groups
Roaring Cacophony : Raid wide damage that increases each time. Distributed among raid in 25 yards.
Taunt every debuff when your debuff falls off
don't have both debuffs at same time or you will die

Healers 1 dedicated tanking healer - believe this may be Mirobi however I will let the healing core decide. Other healers will group heal.
DPS:bloodlust is at 30% boss health
Single target pure DPS check fight. Spec to maximize DPS on single target please.
Entire raid group will be split in to two groups. We will designate two members as stacking points - Group1 and Group2.
The entire raid will be stacked up together. When the target for focused gaze is selected that member will run to the middle of the room which we will mark with Star. The group assigned to absorb that charge will move to a position between the boss and the player running away to take Momentum stacks. After the charge occurs the raid group will all restack together and repeat with the other group accepting the momentum stacks for the next focus gaze selected player. This will repeat until we die.

Focused Gaze #1 - Group 1 to absorb Momentum Debuff
After the charge move slightly clockwise around the room, maintaining the Tank against the wall raid group on side of boss and targeted player moving to center of room when Focused Gaze is cast, Groups 1 and 2 will be swapping to be in between Ursoc and Focused Gaze target as members cannot take more than one stack of Momentum Debuff

Please review this loot table in your dungeon journal and reply to this thread as to what pieces of gear off this boss are your best in slot gear and how it will be of an upgrade to your character. We will no longer be wasting our raid time waiting on people to determine if a gear item is an upgrade for their character or not.
